This business is a ripoff and a scam, I would recommend highly against using them. They underbid the project and then jack up the price while telling you they are doing you big favors
The owner seems also very inexperienced and did not know anything about the permitting process

He some serious issues:

• He was hired as a GC on a project for me, the project was quotes at being $10k and ended up being $25k
• When asked to explain the overages he tried making me contact his subcontractors, and when I told him I'd like an explanation from him he cursed at me and calling me names like "f**ing d*ck" and "douchebag"
• He has threatened an acquaintance of mine physically after they got into a disagreement about a project that Rebirth worked on
• A friend of mine used him for a small project with simple specs and he made errors and would not fix them
